Do you offer refunds for online courses?
Refunds are not offered for online courses. All courses detailed, and crafted with expert insight. We are very confident that our online courses will be beneficial to you. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please send us an email to hello@niawithpurpose.com
Do you offer refunds for Success Journals?
All sales are final on journals, notebooks, and any other success tool.
Do you offer refunds for live classes or CE classes?
Refunds are not offered for live classes. If you weren't able to attend a class you paid for, see the next question below.
I missed the live class I paid for. Can I access a replay later?
Replays are available for some classes, and this information is always available in the course description. If the availability of a replay wasn't in the course description, a replay will not be available. If you missed a live class that you paid for, you are welcome to transfer that registration to an upcoming class within the same calendar year. Send us an email to request this.
I registered for a self-paced online course. How long do I have access to course material?
If you registered for a self-paced cosmetology continuing education online class, you have access to course material for up to 15 days. If you registered for any other self-paced online course offered by Nia Lewis, you will have access to all course material for 1 year.
